In a move the shore up a position of exporting prominence, Russia, Iran, and Qatar have announced formation of an energy committee. The committee formation is seen as a pretect to formation of an OPEC like oil cartel. Westerners concerned over energy price and supply stability from exports see the move as an unholy alliance.
