Dem's son indicted for Palin email hacking

Twenty year old David Kernell, was indicted for hacking vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's email account.  Kernell, an economics student at the University of Tennessee, entered a not guilty plea in federal court on Wednesday. The investigation is ongoing and set for trial on December 16.  Kernell faces a five year federal sentence, a $250,000 fine and three years supervised release.

The defendant's father, Mike Kernell, a Tennessee state democrat representative, has disavowed any involvement.
